Agree what is included
The proposal should identify the pages and features, design review, content responsibilities and launch work. Editing access, ongoing changes and support should also be agreed rather than assumed.
Hosting and third-party costs
Domains, hosting and paid services may carry separate charges. The project needs to make clear which accounts and costs belong to you and which work is included in the quote.
